Vision

The vision of Queen's College is to maintain excellence in academic, technological, physical and social performances, thus producing quality Guyanese citizens for employment and higher institutions of learning locally and internationally.

Mission

Queen's College serves to provide equal access to quality education, be it academically, socially, physically or morally for all its students, so that they will continue to be citizens who adapt to society and develop their full potential. It also encourages students to fulfil the following roles:

1. Acquire skills, knowledge and values necessary for a full and satisfying life.
2. Be patriotic.
3. Strive for excellence in whatever field of endeavour.

Philosophy

The College believes that:
